This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Compliance Autopilot platform. It supplements our Terms of Service.
2. Permitted Use
The Service is designed for use by regulated UK professional services firms and their authorised representatives for the purpose of generating, managing, and delivering compliance documentation.
3. Prohibited Activities

- Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service
- Resell, sublicence, or redistribute the Service or its outputs as a competing compliance documentation service
- Misrepresent generated documents as having been reviewed or approved by a regulatory body
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or infringe the rights of others
- Deliberately circumvent usage limits, plan restrictions, or security measures
- Share login credentials with unauthorised individuals
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
4. Content Standards
Data you upload or input into the Service must not include:
- Unlawful, threatening, or discriminatory material
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
- Special category personal data (as defined by UK GDPR) unless necessary for the documented compliance purpose and with appropriate safeguards
5. Rate Limits and Fair Use
Each subscription plan includes usage limits. Automated or programmatic access via the API must comply with published rate limits. Excessive use that degrades the Service for other users may result in temporary throttling.
6. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in:
- Warning notification
- Temporary suspension of access
- Permanent termination of your account
- Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service or comply with legal obligations.
